Bodies are made to move! Daily activity can improve your mood, help you sleep better, maintain a healthy weight, strengthen your immune system, and support bone health.

There are so many ways that you can be active, it’s as easy as a walk in the park.

  • Explore dog friendly areas: Victoria Park, Historic Carriageway, Pityarilla Dog Park, Adelaide Himeji Garden and Historic Hutt Street
  • Practice some yoga or tai chi in the Park Lands
  • Take a quick walk after dinner or a longer walk on the weekend
  • Enjoy the sunshine with your kids while they learn golf basics
  • Challenge yourself, friends and workmates to the 10,000 Steps program
