Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1999 – Section 220
Notice is hereby given that, at its meeting of 14 June 2022, the Corporation of the City of Adelaide amended its Street Numbering Policy to provide for the numbering of premises on the northern side of North Terrace.
A copy of Council’s Street Numbering Policy, as amended, can be accessed online at www.cityofadelaide.com.au.

Adoption of Valuations and Declaration of Rates
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Adelaide at its meeting held on 28 June 2022 and for the year ending 30 June 2023:
1. Adopted for rating purposes the valuations prepared by Valuers employed by the City of Adelaide of annual values applicable to land within the Council area totalling $1,187,258,452 of which $940,447,250 is for rateable land.
2. Declared differential general rates based upon the use of land as follows:
2.1 0.1149 rate in the dollar for all rateable land with a residential land use; and
2.2 0.2298 rate in the dollar for all rateable land with a vacant land use; and
2.3 0.1408 rate in the dollar for all other rateable land in the Council area.
3. Declared a separate rate of 0.00223 rate in the dollar (the Regional Landscape Levy (formerly the NRM Levy)) on all rateable land in the Council area to recover the amount of $2,096,521 payable to the Green Adelaide Board (formerly the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges Natural Resource Management Board).
4. Declared a separate rate of 0.03582 rate in the dollar (the Rundle Mall Differential Separate Rate) on all rateable land except that with a residential land use within the ‘Rundle Mall Precinct’ (as defined) to fund marketing and management of the precinct, including actions and initiatives to promote Rundle Mall as a destination for shopping and to enhance the vibrancy of the precinct.

Road Closure Schedule
Between 12:15 pm and 8:00 pm on Sunday 28 July 2024, the following road will be closed:
- War Memorial Drive between Riverbank Footbridge and King William Road.
Between 5:50 pm and 8:00 pm on Sunday 28 July 2024, the following roads will be closed:
- King William Street between Currie Street and North Terrace.
- King William Road between North Terrace and Pennington Terrace.
- Festival Drive between King William Road and a point 80 meters west.
- Sir Edwin Smith Avenue between Kermode Street and King William Road.
- Victoria Drive between Kintore Avenue and King William Road.
- War Memorial Drive between the Sir Edwin Smith Avenue intersection and a point 180 meters east.
- Pennington Terrace between Palmer Place and King William Road.
Between 6:15pm and 8:00pm on Sunday 28 July 2024, the following road will be closed:
- North Terrace between Victoria Street and King William Road.

SAPOL has made an order to close the road below to traffic as provided in Section 33(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Act.
Road Closure Schedule
The below roads will be closed between 4:00pm and 11:00pm each evening on:
· Friday 25 July
· Saturday 26 July
- Vardon Avenue between East Terrace and Rundle Street.
- Ebenezer Place between Union Street and Rundle Street.
Participants on the closed roads during the times and dates listed above are exempt from the duty to observe all Australian Road Rules relating to pedestrian behaviour. Local residential traffic using Vardon Avenue and Ebenezer Place are exempt from Australian Road Rule 98, Australian Road Rule 100 and all Part Eleven Australian Road Rules, Divisions 2, 3, and 4, relating to vehicle position on a road. Emergency and authorised vehicles are exempt from these road closures. SA Police may vary the road closure times at their discretion. S/Sgt Holland.

The City of Adelaide gives notice of its proposal to amend a Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) for the community land parcel identified as Allotment 21 Deposited Plan 55398. Certificate of Title Volume 5861 Folio 864 at 8 Catherine Helen Spence Street, Adelaide.
Under the Local Government Act 1999 – Sections 197 & 198, Council is required to undertake public consultation in accordance with its public consultation policy before it amends a CLMP.
Copies of the proposed CLMP are available for inspection and purchase at the Council’s Customer Centre, 25 Pirie Street Adelaide SA 5000.

The City of Adelaide would like your feedback on an application for a City Works Permit from Prime Traffic Solutions and Reds Global for:
- The full road closure of Frome Street between Flinders Street and Pirie Street (including the western end of Worsnop Avenue – access to be maintained for local traffic only), from 3:30 pm Friday 3 May 2024 to 11:59 pm Sunday 5 May 2024 to facilitate the removal of a tower crane.
Consultation opens Monday 8 April 2024.

The City of Adelaide would like your feedback on an application for a City Works Permit from Tandem Building Group SA Pty Ltd for:
The full road closure of East End of Tucker Street for approximately 60 days from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday on various days between 25 March 2024 and 31 January 2025. Due to the complexity of scheduling for this major development, days closed will be random during this time, however local access will be maintained at all times.
