Community Centre room hire

There are three Community Centres across Adelaide and North Adelaide that you can hire.

Between them, the Centres offer a range of spaces, rooms and venues that fit from 8 to 100 people in a variety of formats.

The areas are ideal for community-based activities such as regular classes, once-off information sessions and art exhibitions.

These cost-effective spaces can also be booked by businesses and commercial corporations, not-for-profit or political organisations, clubs and closed groups, individuals – even family gatherings!

Before you book

A little planning can make a huge difference to the success of your event!

Once you’ve decided what event you want to hold, consider the following:

  • How many you expect to attend? (this affects the size of room)
  • What is the nature of the event? (meeting, cultural gathering, community cooking demonstration, private event)
  • What style of function it will be? (sit down, stand-up, on the floor exercise)
  • What facilities you will need? (tables, chairs, whiteboard, audio equipment)

Next Steps

  1. Determine your hire category
  2. Choose a venue and determine associated hire fees
  3. Read and understand the Terms and Conditions.

Please contact the Community Centre if you have any questions.
